Expression and Significance of Rab23 in Squamous Cell Carcinoma of Skin

摘要 目的:研究Rab23在皮肤鳞状细胞癌(SCC)中的表达及意义。方法:用免疫组化S-P法分别检测30例皮肤SCC、15例正常皮肤组织标本中Rab23的表达。结果:Rab23在皮肤SCC和正常皮肤中阳性率分别为90%和13.3%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Rab23在皮肤SCC中高表达可能在皮肤SCC的发生发展过程中发挥作用。 Objective: To study the expression and significance of Rab23 in skin squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Immunohi- stochemical S-P method was used to examine the expression of Rab23 protein in 30 cases of skin SCC and 15 cases of normal skin. Results: The positive rate of Rab23 in skin SCC and normal skin were 90% and 13.3% respectively and there was a significant difference between them. (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Rab23 is overexpressed in skin SCC and may be related with carcinogenesis and malignant progress of skin SCC.
