摘要
以TDI和聚乙二醇为主要原料,通过单因素实验,获得了制备端异氰酸酯基聚氨酯预聚体的最佳工艺条件;并用有机硅对预聚体进行改性,获得聚氨酯阻燃涂料。最后进行了红外光谱、热重分析和其他综合性能等测试。实验结果表明:制备预聚体的最佳工艺条件为反应温度70℃,反应时间70min,TDI和聚乙二醇的最佳配比为NCO/OH=1.5:1(物质的量之比,下同);有机硅提高了涂膜的热稳定性;制备的聚氨酯阻燃涂料具有较高的力学性能,良好的化学稳定性和热稳定性。
The optimum technological condition of end isocyanate-terminated polyurethane was obtained by using TDI and PEG through the single factor experiment, then the polyurethane flame retardant coating wsa preparated with organic silicone modifying polyurethane. The infrared spectrum, thetmogravimetric analysis and other comprehensive performance was tested. The result showed that when the ratio of TDI and PEG was NCO/OH=1.5: 1, reaction temperature at 70℃ and time at 70 min, the optimum technological condition of polyurethane was obtained, and organic silicon improved thermal stability of the film. The final polyurethane flame retardant coating had high mechanical properties, good chemical stability and thermal stability.
