摘要
本文研究了熔模铸造用水玻璃的改性处理。探讨了改性剂三聚磷酸纳在不同模数水玻璃中的加入量和型壳各种强度的关系,以及在改性水玻璃-石英粉涂料中添加铝矾土对型壳各种强度的影响。试验表明,水玻璃改性后,可以降低型壳残留强度;加入铝矾土后还可以提高型壳高温强度;对型壳常温强度无明显影响。
In this paper, the modified dispose of sodium silicate used in investment casting was studied. The influence of the retained, and high temperature strength of mould shell was researched. Particularly, the influence of the level of tri-(sodiumphosphate) in the sodiun silicate and the addition of alumina in flour material to the retained and high temperature strength was emphatically compared. The results showed that the retained strength of mould shell could be decreased after sodium silicate was modified and the addition of alumina in flour material could increase the high temperature strength of mould shell.
