摘要
包钢3号高炉通过扩容改造(容积由1800m^3扩至2200m^3),技术装备水平大为提高。由于采用矮胖型高炉以及不断改善原燃料条件和优化高炉操作,3号高炉开炉达产顺利,投产20天利用系数就达到了1.700,之后又连续12个月的平均利用系数达到1.810。这使包头特殊矿高炉冶炼技术指标取得了突破,达到了普通矿的冶炼水平,开创了包头特殊矿冶炼的新阶段。
Through volume-expanding (from 1 800 m3 to 2 200 m3) reform ,the technical equipments of No. 3 BF of Baotou Steel were improved greatly.The productivity of the BF reached 1.700 t/(m3·d) 20 days after it was blown-in and afterwards the BF has been running well with the productivity exceeding 1. 810 t/(m3·d), which made the BF's production hit a new level smelting special iron ore.
