包钢1号高炉炉役未期生产实践

Production practice of Baotou Steel's No.1 BF in the end of campaign

包钢1号高炉本次服役期为1985年大修后的第二个中修服役期,其间共生产5年50天,累计产铁426 356.34t。炉役后期,在冷却器大量损坏、炉壳多处开裂变形、依靠外部打水维持生产的情况下,通过采取强化管理、加强高炉操作、进行炉体修补等一系列措施,防止了重大事故的发生,保证了高炉连续稳定生产。

The total iron output of 426 356.34t was reached for Baotou Steel's No.1 BF during the period of 5 years and 50 days from the second intermediate repair to the third. In the end of campaign, the damaged coolers and cracked shell brought a lot of difficulties to the production of No. 1 BF.The practice experience of No.1 BF in the end of campaign was summarized.
