摘要
包钢炼铁厂坚持以精料为基础、以顺行为前提的方针,通过采取高炉上下部调剂相结合、注重高炉排碱、稳定控制炉温、改进炉前工作、及时出净渣铁等措施,1998年全年煤比达到81.46kg/t。
Baotou Steel's ironmaking plant kept on using quality material aiming to BF operation smoothness , the coal rate of 81. 46 kg/t was reached by combining upper and lower conditioning, controlling [Si],improving casthouse operation,and discharging slag and hot metal in time etc.
