摘要
1998年包钢4号高炉通过采取诸如加强烧结矿过筛、增加焦丁混装量、加强高炉操作、降低休风率等一系列行之有效的措施,使高炉技术经济指标得到了较大改善,利用系数连续8个月达到1.7以上,入炉焦比降至462kg/t。
In 1998,a series of measures of intensified smelting,such as strengthening sinter screening, increasing nut coke charging quantity, improving BF operation, decreasing BF blow-down percentage and so on were taken on Baotou Steel's No.4 BF.As results,the productivity of 1.70 t/(m3·d) for consecutive 8 months and the coke rate of 462 kg/t was reached.
