老年骨折患者自我效能感及影响因素研究

Research on self-efficacy and its related factors of old patients with bone fracture

目的了解老年骨折患者的自我效能感,并分析其影响因素。方法采用一般情况问卷、一般自我效能感问卷、社会支持评定量表对入住本院骨科的160例老年骨折患者进行问卷调查。结果老年骨折患者的自我效能感低于常模(p<0.05);且家庭人均月收入、婚姻状况、医保、伤情程度和主观支持是影响老年骨折患者自我效能感的重要因素,其中家庭人均月收入、婚姻状况、医保和主观支持与自我效能感呈正相关(p<0.05),与伤情程度呈负相关(p<0.05)。结论老年骨折患者的自我效能感低,而影响其自我效能感的因素是多方面的,故应加强对其自我效能感的认识,有利于提高其自信心。

Objective：To survey the self-efficacy and its related factors of old patients with bone fracture.Methods：A descriptive and correlative questionnaire were applied to survey 160 patients with bone fracture in this study.The questionnaires included demography information,general self-efficacy scale（GSES）,Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）.Results：The score of self-efficacy in old patients with bone fracture was low.And the factors,such as monthly income per person,marriage status,medical insurance,state of injury and the objective support were related with the self-efficacy.And the monthly income per person,marriage status,medical insurance and the subjective support were positively correlated with the self-efficacy（p〈0.05）.The state of injury of bone fracture was negatively correlated with the self-efficacy of old patients（p〈0.05）.Conclusions：The score of self-efficacy of old patients with bone fracture is low and various factors are related to it,so it is important to take effective measures to strengthen the confidence and understanding of self-efficacy.
