摘要
采用150 W光纤泵浦模块双向端面泵浦Nd:YLF晶体,使用Zemax光学设计软件,设计了使泵浦光成像比例为1.0∶1.5的4片式耦合光学系统,并利用高速RTP晶体电光腔倒空技术,得到了短脉宽、高稳定性和高光束质量的1 053 nm激光输出。当重复频率为1 Hz、注入能量为32 mJ时,输出脉冲宽度为2.5 ns、能量为6.5mJ和均方根(RMS)为1.13%的高光束质量脉冲激光。在重复频率200 Hz、注入平均功率为13.1 W时,输出的激光脉宽为2.5 ns,平均功率为2.2 W,光-光转换效率为16.8%,光束质量因子M2x为1.04、M2y为1.05。
An electro-optical cavity-dumped and pulse-pumped Nd:YLF laser with short pulse width,high stability,good beam quality and 1 053 nm output is reported.In this experiment,two 150 W LIMO fiber pump modules were used from both ends to pump the Nd:YLF crystal.In order to realize re-imaging with magnification of 1.5 into the Nd:YLF rod,a four-piece coupling system was designed with the help of Zemax.When the pumped energy is 32 mJ at the repetition rate of 1 Hz,the output energy and RMS are 6.5 mJ and 1.13% respectively with 2.5 ns pulse width.When the pumped power is 13.1 W at the repetition rate of 200 Hz,the output power is 2.2 W with small M2 factor where M2x is 1.04,and M2y is 1.05,and the light-light conversion efficiency is up to 16.8%.
