摘要
对活塞环仿形车削误差的统计分析表明:靠模仿形加工中存在系统误差。分析了该系统误差的成因,提出通过对仿形靠模型线的动态设计来补偿系统误差的原理及方法。按照上述原理设计了活塞环仿形靠模,并对其补偿效果作了数字仿真。
The Statistical analysis of piston ring tracer cutting errors shows that there is a systematic error in the tracer cutting. In this paper, the cause of this error is analyzed and the principle and method of compensating the error by dynamic design of tracer cam are propos- ed。The tracer cam of piston ring is designed according to the principle and method proposed in this paper and the computer simulation result of this compensation effect is given.
