从战略高度提升教育研究质量——基于2010年全国教育科学规划课题成果鉴定的实证分析 被引量:10

Promoting the Quality of Educational Research from the Perspective of Strategy——Empirical Analysis Based on the Appraisal of Educational Research Achievements of National Educational Research Planning Research Projects in 2010

摘要 通过截取2010年度全国教育科学规划课题鉴定成果来研判教育研究成果质量发现,在课题研究成果要求数量有所减少而质量有所提高的同时,仍存在着按时完成率低、质量平庸及表达不规范等问题。为提高研究质量,管理部门应推行标准管理,以制度维护质量;研究者应提高学术素养,以增强创新能力来提高质量;基层单位应强调代表作,以评价引导质量。 By analysis on the quality of the appraisal of educational research achievements of national educational research planning research projects in 2010, it is found out that the quantity of research achievements tends to be reduced and the quality tends to be promoted; at the same time, there are still some problems as the low completion rate on time, the mediocre quality and the non-standard expression, etc. In order to improve the quality of research, the administrative authorities should carry out standard management to maintain the quality with the system; the researchers should promote the academic attainment to promote the quality with the promotion of innovation ability; the basic units should emphasize representative work to guide quality with assessment.
