To gratify the various needs and solve the problems of lack of public education product and public education service, we need rethink government＇s role in public education service from governance perspective. It is essential to reform public education through governance spirit and faith, and realize multi-provider of public education service, poly-centricity of public education power and diversification governance system of public education service.
