摘要
用有限差分法做机构的运动分析,只需要对所分析的机构编写出各构件相对位置分析的子程序,速度和加速度参数则用有限差分公式来计算。这样就可以编写出适用于各种不同机构速度、加速度分析的通用程序。用有限差分法还可求出机构的等效力(矩)和等效质量(转动惯量),从而可求解机构在已知外力作用下的真实运动。同样也可以编写出适用于各种不同机构的求等效构件运动规律的通用程序。
When using finite difference method in kinematic analysis of a me- chanism, only a relative position analysis subroutine of its parts needs to be written for the mechanism to be analyzed. The values of veloci- ties and accelerations are got by finite difference calculations. Therefor, a universal subroutine may be written for velocity and accelaration ana- lysis of various mechanisms. The generalized force and generalized ine- rtia coefficient may also be calculated by finite difference method, and so the actual motion of mechanisms subjected to known active forces may be analyzed. Again universal subroutines to evaluate the actual mo- tion patterns of equivaleut links of various mechanisms may be written.
