摘要
日本教师专业化发展在世界教师发展历程中占有重要地位,其封闭型与开放型培养体制并存;教师任用法制化与教师职后培养多元化并存;教师管理的严格性与高地位并存;个性培养与公共精神并存。通过对日本教师专业化标准的制定、评价体系、标准指标体系的分析可以看到,正是日本对教师职业性质的准确定位和具有特色的培养模式,为日本教育跻身世界前列奠定了基础。
The professional development of Japanese teacher has played an important role in world teacher development, with its characteristics as the coexistence of the closed-type and open-type training systems, the coexistence of teachers" legal appointment and teachers" diversity of in-service training, the coexistence of strict management and high status in teachers" management, as well as the coexistence of personality development and the public spirit. Through the analysis of Japanese teacher professional standard's formulation, the evaluation system, and the standard indicator system, it is found out that accurate orientation and the training mode with characteristics have laid the foundation for Japanese education to rank the very front in the world.
