我国农业产业集群核心企业竞争力影响机制的实证研究

Empirical Study on Influence Mechanism of Competitiveness of Agricultural Cluster CoreEnterprise in Global Value Chain

结合国内外企业竞争力的理论研究,在对210家浙江省农业集群核心企业问卷调查的基础上,本文采用探索性因子分析和结构模型(SEM),对提升农业核心企业竞争力的影响因素进行结构测量和机理分析。研究表明,农业产业集群核心企业竞争力影响因素(需求条件、集群生态、企业素质和社会资源)对核心企业竞争力(包括财务能力、市场能力、学习能力和研发能力)有不同程度的影响并明确了各因素之间的相互关系。

For influence facters of competitiveness of agricultural cluster core enterprise,taking into account related theoretical research at home and abroad,builds a competitive concept model.Based on the survey about 210 agricultural cluster core enterprise in Zhejiang province,using exploratory factor analysis and structural model(SEM),explores the structure and mechanism of influence facters to enhance agricultural core competitiveness of enterprises,research shows that the cluster competitiveness factors(demand conditions,cluster ecology,their quality and social resources) have different effects on the competitiveness of agricultural cluster core enterprises,including financial capacity,market ability,learning ability and R & D capabilities,and defines the relationship between various factors.
