摘要 危险房屋鉴定结论和人们的经济利益紧密相关,常常存在各种问题。简要介绍了《危险房屋鉴定标准》(JGJ125—99)的鉴定方法,利用最大隶属度方法时常存在鉴定结论争议。应用可变模糊集理论,建议对房屋组成部分a级到b级的隶属函数问题加以修正,对房屋等级隶属度进行归一化处理;提出应用可变模糊集理论的判断准则-级别(类别)特征值确定房屋评定等级方法,有效地解决了最大隶属度方法的不足。工程实例计算结果反映实际情况,研究具有一定的现实意义。 The conclusion of dangerous building appraisal is related to the people's economic benefit. The appraisal method in Standard of Dangerous Building Appraisal (JGJ125-99) was introduced briefly. The argument for appraisal conclusion exists while using the maximum membership principle. The membership functions of the parts of buildings were modified from grade a to grade b and the membership grade of buildings was normalized according to the theory of variable fuzzy sets. As the criteria of the variable fuzzy sets theory, the grade eigenvalue was used to determine the building appraisal level, which solves the lack of maximum membership grade. The calculation in the case study reflects the situation, which is of practical significance.
