摘要
长春汽车工业高等专科学校物流管理专业以企业人才需求为目标,校企共同为学生设计两个成长通道,即技术发展通道和管理发展通道。在人才培养目标确定之后,采取"订单"人才培养模式和"工学交替、教学伴随"的人才培养模式,校企双方依据职业岗位群设计课程框架体系,强化学生实践技能的培养。为确保人才培养目标的实现,校企共同建立了一套完整的人才培养保障体系,包括内容体系、标准体系、评价体系和过程控制体系。
The logistics management specialty of Changchun Higher Technical School of Automobile Industry has designed two growth paths for students by cooperation with enterprises taking the talent demand of enterprises as the objectives,namely technical development path and management development path.After the establishment of talent cultivation objec tives,the talent cultivation models of " ordering form " and " working and learning alternation and teaching concomitance " were adopted.The curriculum framework system was designed by the schools and enterprises according to professional post group,and the cultivation of students ' practical skills was strengthened.In order to assure the achievement of talent cultivation objectives,a suite of integrated talent cultivation assurance system was built by cooperation of school and enter prise,which include the content system,standard system,evaluation system and process control system.
