摘要
培养培训应用型金融人才为区域经济服务,是地方金融院校的责任所在。浙江金融职业学院在应用型金融人才培训方面积累了一些可资借鉴的经验,主要包括依托金融行业创建培训平台,开发具有实用性和针对性的培训包,组建优秀的培训师队伍,以及采用新型的认证式与仿真化教学体系。
To cultivate applied financial talents and serve for regional economy are the responsibility of local financial col leges.Zhejiang Financial Vocational College has cultivate some experiences in training applied financial talents,which in clude creating training platform relying on financial industry,develop practical and pertinent training package,build excel lent training staff,and adopt new certification and simulation teaching system.
