摘要
针对应用型本科学生特点和教学中的突出问题,《蛋白质化学》课程教学改革应以核心能力培养为导向,对学习内容和实践项目进行整合编排,综合运用和灵活调整教学模式和教学方法,以此激发学生学习兴趣和主体意识,实现应用型本科学生技术应用、技术创新、统筹协调等核心能力的培养和提高。
Aiming at the prominent problems existed in the teaching and the characteristics of applied undergraduate stu dents,the reform of protein chemistry teaching should take the cultivation of students ' core abilities as the orientation,carry out integrated layout on learning contents and practice items,comprehensively apply and flexibly adjust teaching models and teaching methods,with the aims of inspiring students ' learning interests and subjective sense,and cultivating and enhancing students ' technology application abilities,technological innovation abilities and planning abilities.
