摘要
文章基于GPS/GIS技术设计和实现了一种新型的出租车调度系统,该系统设计了一种出租车司机互助报告乘客位置的新型叫车模式,改进了传统的出租车叫车方式。本系统包含三大部分:调度终端、通信平台和调度平台。调度终端是基于三星S3C2440硬件平台和WINCE系统的智能嵌入式设备,实现与调度平台的通讯和现场智能控制;通信平台基于I/O完成端口技术实现出租车GPS位置信息高效上传;在调度平台中,本论文设计了一种新的网格调度算法,该算法结合通信平台上传的出租车GPS位置信息和GIS系统网格信息把出租车分组,实现小组内及小组间出租车的高效协作和调度。
A new taxi dispatching system is designed and implemented based on GPS/GIS technology.The system gives a new taxi calling mode that the taxi drivers mutually report the passenger’s locations so that improving the traditional taxi calling mode.The system includes three parts:dispatching terminal,communications platform,and dispatching platform.Dispatching terminal is an intelligent embedded device which based on Samsung S3C2440 hardware platform and WINCE system,and it can realize the communications with dispatching platform and the in-site intelligent control.Communications platform accomplishes the efficient uploading of taxi GPS location information based the I/O completion port technology.In the dispatching platform,the paper designs a new grid scheduling algorithm,the algorithm uses the taxi GPS location information and GIS information uploaded from communications platform to group the taxis so as to realize the efficient collaboration and dispatching within group or between groups.
