气密封性测量装置

Air Tightness Measurement Unit for Outdoor Communications Equipment

摘要 借助外壳防护的通信设备大都按照IP65防护等级的标准设计,IP65要求设备外壳的防护性能力可达到尘密和防喷水等级,是国标(GB4208-2008/IEC60529:2001)外壳防护等级中的一个分级。外壳的防护性能测量在生产领域中十分重要。然而由于各种原因,防喷水等级试验,即防水试验,难以在规模性生产领域推广应用。气密封性测量装置的产品,再用IP65防护等级的试验方法试验,所有产品全部合格。可以确定,该装置的测试标准可以等同于IP65的防护等级要求。在规模性生产领域,用气密封性测量方法可以安全替代标准中的防水试验方法。 Most of the communications equipment protected with housing are designed according to the standard of IP65 protection class,and IP 65 requires the protection capability of the equipment housing achieving dust-tight and water spraying class,which is one sub-class in the GB 4208-2008/IEC 60529:2001.The measurement of housing protection performance is very important in the production field.However,due to various reasons the water proof test is difficult to be populated in mass production field.Air tightness measurement unit is just the tool developed for meeting this demand,the unit adopts air tightness measurement method to accurately detect all the sealing links,quantitatively and qualitatively reflects any tightness problem,it features stable running,simple and safe operation,and low manufacturing cost.After synchronous operation with the production line it is proved that all the products which are passed the measurement of this unit have passed the test according to the protection class of IP 65.This means that the measurement standard of this unit can equivalent to the protection requirement of IP 65.Therefore,in mass production field the air tightness measurement method can safely replace the water proof test method in IP 65.
