回生口服液治疗乙肝相关性肝癌的疗效观察

Curative effect of Huisheng Oral Liquid for hepatitis B liver cancer

目的观察回生口服液(益母草、五灵脂、乳香、阿魏等)联合TACE(经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术)及核苷类似物治疗乙肝相关性肝癌的疗效。方法 60例乙肝相关性肝癌患者,随机分成两组,治疗组30例,行TACE术联合服用阿德福韦酯胶囊进行抗病毒治疗,同时使用回生口服液。对照组30例,行TACE同时联合阿德福韦酯治疗。结果回生口服液具有对肿瘤增长具有抑制作用,能显著改善乙肝相关性肝癌患者的临床症状,提高病人的生存质量,调节机体的免疫。结论回生口服液对乙肝相关性肝癌的治疗有很好的辅助作用。

AIM To observe the curative effect of the transcathelter hepatic arterial chemoembolisation（TACE） combined with Huisheng Oral Liquid（Leonuri Herba,Faeces Trogopterori,Olibanum,Ferulae resina） and nucleoside analogues for the hepatitis B relevant liver cancer.METHODS Sixty patients with hepatitis B related liver cancer were assigned into two groups randomly,each group consisting of 30 patients.The treatment group was treated using TACE combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsule and Huisheng Oral liquid.The control group was treated using TACE combined with Adefovir Dipivoxil Capsules to antiviral,but was treated without the Huisheng Oral Liquid at the same time.RESULTS Huisheng Oral Liquid had an inhibitory effect on liver tumor growth,and it could significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with hepatitis B related liver cancer and the quality of survivals,at the same time,it could adjust the patients＇ immune function.CONCLUSION Huisheng Oral Liquid has a good role in the treatment of hepatitis B related liver cancer.
