摘要
目的研究红毛七的化学成分。方法红毛七乙醇提取得到的浸膏分别用石油醚、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取,正丁醇萃取物经硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20柱层析得到化合物1~4,乙酸乙酯萃取物经硅胶柱层析得到化合物5~7,利用波谱学技术和化学方法对所得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果鉴定7个化合物为:刺囊酸-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(1)、常春藤皂苷元-3-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃-(1→2)-α-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖苷(2)、常春藤皂苷元-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖苷(3)、葳严仙皂苷元-3-O-α-L-阿拉伯吡喃糖苷(4)、β-豆甾醇(5)、羽扇豆醇(6)、胆甾醇(7)。结论化合物5,6,7为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1为首次从本属植物分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents of Caulophyllum robustum Maxim.METHODS Caulophyllum robustum Maxim was extracted by alcohol at reduced pressure,extract obtained was mixed with water and then extracted with petroether,ethylacetate,chloroform,n-butanol.Compounds 1-4 were isolated with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 gel from the n-butanol extract part.Compounds 5-7 were isolated with silica gel from the ethyl acetate extract part.Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic and chemical methods.RESULTS Seven compounds were identified as echinocysticacid-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside(1),hederagenini-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(12)-α-L-arabino-pyranoside(2),Hederag enin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside(3),Caulophyllogenin-3-O-α-L-arabino-pyranoside(4),β-sitgmasterol(5),lupeol(6),cholesterol(7).CONCLUSION Compound 1 is isolated from Caulophyllum for the first time and compounds 5,6 and 7 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
