网络重构在上海电力调度中的应用实践

Application of Network Reconfiguration in Shanghai Electric Power Dispatching

针对上海电网规划和建设及电网运行特点,介绍了网络重构的概念和特点以及将网络重构应用到上海电力调度的情况。认为通过网络重构充分发挥输电网自身潜力而实现提高系统可靠性、降低短路电流、优化系统潮流、消除输电阻塞、释放发电能力、减少用户停电损失等目的。指出在上海电力调度运行实践中网络重构的多种实现方法及其效果。

This paper presents the concept and characteristics of network reconfiguration,as well as its application in Shanghai electric power dispatching.Admittedly,the application of network reconfiguration can fully develop the potentials of transmission network and achieve such purposes as improving the system reliability,reducing short circuit current,optimizing system flow,eliminating transmission congestion,free generating capacity,reducing customer interruption losses.Finally,analysis is made about various application methods and their respective effects of network reconfiguration in Shanghai electric power dispatching operation.
