摘要 为提高磨料微粉的振实密度,需要对粉末的颗粒形貌进行控制,使其接近于球形。本文通过分析球磨机和流化床气流磨两种设备的粉碎机理,调整粉碎工艺参数,减小破碎强度,增加介质与粉末之间的摩擦作用,利用研磨方式对碳化硅和碳化硼微粉分别进行颗粒整形。整形后的颗粒球形度高,产品的振实密度较之整形前有较大提高,并得到每种设备的最佳整形工艺参数。 In order to increase the tap density of abrasive powder,it is necessary to shape the particle to be near spherical.Based on the study of the crushing principle of ball mill and jet mill,and by means of adjusting process parameters,reducing crushing power,and increasing the friction action between grinding media and powders,particle shaping of boron carbide powder and silicon carbide powder was conducted.Well spheroidized ultrafine particles were obtained.The tap density of products was improved.Optimum technical parameters for both ball mill and jet mill were obtained.
