摘要
信息化浪潮席卷全球,信息技术日益渗透到各行各业,这使得信息资源的重要性不断地被人们所认知,信息已经成为和物质、能量并列的第三大重要资源。信息是公共决策科学化的客观基础,信息的完备程度直接关系到公共政策的质量。本文主要讨论了公共政策信息的特性、类型,以及公共政策信息对于公共决策、公共政策制定的重要作用等问题。
Information resources are recoganized by many people along with informationization. Information has become one of the most important resources. Reality of information is the objective basement for scientific public policy formulation. And integrity of information is related to the quality of information. This paper mainly discusses about the characteristic , type and function of public policy information and its important role in public decision -making process.
