摘要
高校毕业生是国家宝贵的人才资源,其就业稳定性问题关系到我国经济建设、社会稳定和人民群众的根本利益。本文通过剖析高校毕业生就业难的深层次原因,构建了个人职业素质提升、高校教育模式改革、企业制度体系完善、政府就业市场调控四位一体的高校毕业生就业稳定性促进机制,提出了促进高校毕业生稳定性就业的相关政策建议。
For a country, university graduates are treasured human resources. Their employment stability concerns to the economic con- struction, social stability and people' s basic benefit of our country. This paper analyzes the deep reasons of poor stability of university graduates and constructs a four - in - one employment stability promoting mechanism, which includes the personal professional quality promotion, college education mode reform, enterprise system consummation, and employment market controlling by government. Then it provides some relative public policies for promoting the employment stability of university graduates.
