摘要
平煤股份十一矿丁六采区皮带下山位于断层带附近,围岩松软,构造应力大,并受到巷道群交叉相互影响,巷道变形严重,虽经过多次维修,仍无法保证该皮带下山的正常使用。该项目采用巷道二次支护技术,通过对支护理念的分析,确定二次支护时间,并采用新型马蹄形刚性支架。经过矿压观测表明,修复后的皮带下山巷道变形量较小,能满足生产需求。
The belt downhill of NO.11 Mine D No.6 mining area of Pingmei Group drills through the fault zone, and in this area the structural stress is high, and there is roadway cross- influence each other, the roadway deformation is serious. After several repairs, it can not to meet needs. This project uses the roadway secondary support technology, by analysis on the supporting concept determines the secondary support time, and by using the new U-shaped rigid frame. After the restoration of the belt downhill, through pressure observation, the roadway deformation was smaller, and it can meet the production demand.
