摘要
合理选择采煤方法和采煤工艺是实现急倾斜薄及极薄煤层安全、高效、低耗开采的根本途径。根据双鸭山市近距离、急倾斜薄煤层,多煤层同时开采的特点,认为以往仓储式采煤法、走向长壁采煤法、台阶式采煤法、巷道式采煤法等,存在通风系统不合理、回采效率低、安全管理难度大等问题。经探索和研究认为,走向长壁分带采煤法在技术、安全和经济等方面均有较强应用和推广价值。
Selecting the rational coal mining, mehod and trchnology is a fundamental way to achieve safe, high efficient alad low mining. According to the characteristics of close range, steep thin coal seam, and muhi-seam mining at the same time in Shuangyashan City, some problems exist in the wavehouse mining, strike longwall mining, step-mining and roadway mining, such as the unreasonable ventilation system, low mining efficiency and larze difficulty of safe management etc. After exploration and research, it is believed that the longwall mining method with strike and zoning has the strong value of application and popularization in the technology,saiety and economic aspects.
