摘要
针对松软突出煤层快速井筒揭煤,应用深孔预裂爆破技术实施揭煤区域的瓦斯治理;为了确定深孔预裂爆破实施区域位置,应用FLAC3D软件分别模拟了揭煤前后煤层应力场变化,根据应力带分布范围,确立了深孔欲裂爆破位置区域;通过在现场试验检验,预裂爆破后,瓦斯抽采体积分数由7.52%提高到9.79%,抽采纯流量增大了30%,揭煤工期大大缩短,取得了良好的经济效益和安全效益。
Aimming at shaft exposing coal fast in the soft coal seam, the gas control is implemented in the exposing coal area by using the deep hole presplit blasting technology, In order to determine the regional location of implementation in the deep hole presplit blasting, the stree change before and after exposing coal was simulated by using FLAC3D software, According to stree distribution, the location of deep hole presplit blasting area volume fraction of gas extraction increased from 7.52% to 9.79% after presplit blasting, the pure drainage flow increased 30%, the exposing coal duration was greatly shorted, the good economic and safe benefits were obtained.
