工程项目进度管理是工程项目管理的目标(成本、进度、质量)之一,针对机电设备安装工程的特点,对工程进度控制方法进行深入探讨和分析,提出机电工程进度控制应采取技术措施、经济措施、合同措施、组织措施和信息管理措施等方法,用以提高企业效益,增强企业竞争力。
The management of project scheduling is one of the three objectives (cost, schedule, quality). This text is aiming at the characteristics of electromechanical installation, analyzing the ways of project scheduling control, putting forward technical measures, economic measures, contract measures,organizational measures and information management measures to improve the performance and competitiveness of enterprise.
