摘要
在回顾技术创新战略理论的基础上,以玉柴公司为案例对其创新战略进行了深入探讨.回顾公司的背景与发展历程,从技术发展路径、产品策略、服务策略、营销策略与配套策略等各个角度进行了详细分析.归纳出一个环境—战略—创新协同演进框架:在起步、成长和成熟三个不同阶段,分别采取生产导向、多元化和绿色等企业战略,并据此分别采取由技术创新和价值创新的不同组合所构成的不同创新战略.归纳出成熟产业中后发企业一般性的创新战略,即在不同阶段分别采取价值导向创新战略、价值+技术创新战略、技术导向创新战略.最后,讨论了后发企业创新战略的适用特点.
Based on the review of technological innovation strategy theories, it investigates the innovation strategy of Yuchai Corporation. It introduces the background and development history, and analyzes the technological development path, the strategies of product, service, marketing, and technology matching. Furthermore, it figures out a coordinating evolutionary framework of environment, strategy and innovation : production-oriented, diversificative and green strategies should be respectively used in the three phases of startup, growth and maturity. On this base, it forms different new innovation strategies with different mix of technological innovation and value innovation. As a result, it puts forward the generalized innovation strategies for late-developing enterprises in mature industry, which can be summed up as value-orientation, technology-orientation and in-between. Finally, it discusses the applicability of the innovation strategies for late-developing enterprises.
