摘要
目的:在医院药剂科建立现代薪酬体系,使得薪酬考核更为合理化、人性化。方法:运用职务价值评估法、岗位划分法、评估共性点数法、成绩评语法对我院药剂科的薪酬结构、薪酬测评方式进行重新设计,建立现代薪酬体系。结果:将津贴和奖金进一步细化为基本津贴、岗位津贴、绩效奖金、计件奖金,确定了各自的评估方法和评估工具,形成更为有效的绩效考核系统。结论:该薪酬体系解决了以往传统薪酬体系造成的工作推诿、执行力低下等问题,提高了员工工作效率,使员工实现自身价值的同时实现药剂科科室综合管理的目标。
OBJECTIVE: To establish modern salary system in pharmacy department so as to promote salary appraisal to be more reasonable and personalized.METHODS: By applying position value evaluation,position classification,similarity evaluation and performance evaluation methods,salary structure and salary appraisal methods were redesigned to establish modern salary system.RESULTS: We divided the allowance and bonus into basic allowance,position allowance,performance bonus and piece work incentive scheme.Evaluation methods and tools were confirmed to establish more effective performance appraisal system.CONCLUSION: The problems of responsibility evasion and poor executive force have been solved to improve work efficiency while staffs achieve self-worth which contributes to comprehensive management of pharmacy department.
