摘要
绩效考核是人力资源管理工作的重要环节,而作为人力资源构成元素的员工的绩效考核更是重中之重.研究基于KPI思想,以柳州某卷烟厂的绩效考核体系为背景,采用结构化开发方法,从企业实际入手,分析企业信息化需求,分别设计了系统的结构框架和功能模块,通过结构化、模块化,自顶向下地分析和设计一个集考核数据存储、考核结果统计、排序、考核查询、报表功能为一体的专用的绩效考核系统.
The performance appraisal is an important part in human resource management,and performance evaluation of employees as a constituent element of human resource is a top priority.Based on KPI and taking the performance appraisal system of a cigarette factory in Liuzhou as the background,structured development methods are adopted to analyze the actual enterprise information requirements,and sub-frame of the system and function modules are designed.A structured,modular and top-down analysis is done and the specific performance appraisal system integrated with data storage,examination results statistics,sorting,assessment information and reporting capabilities is designed.
