HPLC法测定克痢痧微丸中欧前胡素的含量

Determination of Imperatorin in Kelisha Pellets by HPLC

为建立克痢痧微丸中欧前胡素含量的HPLC测定方法,采用RP-HPLC法,用ODS C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(体积比52∶48)为流动相,流速1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长300 nm,外标法测定,结果表明:欧前胡素在0.051 56μg～1.031 20μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8);平均回收率为99.35%(RSD=0.66%);此方法灵敏度高、简便、准确、重现性好,可作为克痢痧微丸的含量测定方法.

To establish a method for the content determination of Imperatorin in Kelisha Pellets,RP-HPLC is adopted where ODS C18 Column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） is used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（the volume rate：52：48）,flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1 and detective wave length of 300nm.Results show that the linear range of Imperatorin is 0.051 56 μg～1.031 2 μg（r=0.999 8） and the average recovery is 99.35%（RSD=0.66%）.This method is simple,accurate and reliable,so it can be used as a quality control standard for Kelisha Pellets.
