中国共产党总结执政经验历程中的关键节点探析

An Exploration of the Key Joints in the Process of Summing up the CPC's Governing Experience

无论是在民主革命时期还是在社会主义革命、建设、改革时期,中国共产党都非常注重经验教训的总结。从历史制度主义的角度看,新中国成立以来,党在探索社会主义建设道路过程中总结执政经验,大致包含中共八大召开前后、七千人大会召开前后、十一届三中全会到党的十二大、十四大前后、十六大前后和改革开放三十年之际等六个关键节点。纵观党在历史的关键节点总结经验,具有紧紧围绕现代化建设主线、正视所犯错误、直面现实问题、着眼执政能力提高等鲜明特点。

The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to summing up experience and lessons whether during the Democratic Revolution or in the periods of the socialist revolution,construction,and reform.Since the foundation of the New China,the Party has been constantly summing up its governing experience in the course of exploring the way of socialist construction.From the perspective of historical systematism,it includes the following six key joints： around the 8th National Congress of the CPC,＂Seven-thousand People Meeting＂,from the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee of the CPC to the 12th National Congress,around the 14th National Congress,the 16th National Congress and at the moment 30 years after the reform and opening-up.Making a general survey of what the Party has summed up at every historical joint,it can be noticed that our party has invariably centered on modernization,examined its mistakes objectively,faced the social problems boldly and concentrated on improving its governing capacity.
