摘要
我国的高等教育研究存在着研究对象空泛、研究方法空洞、对教学实践缺乏有效指导等不足。"微观教学学"恰好可以弥补这些缺憾,因为它的研究主体以一线教师为主;它的研究对象以"教学"为主;它的研究方法以"实证"和"体悟"为主;它的研究目标以指导教学实践为主。"微观教学学"对提升大学教师的教学水平有着积极的意义。
There are some disadvantages in China higher education research: no specific research objects,no practical research methods,lack of effective guidance on teaching practice,etc."Micro-teaching Research" can make up for these shortcomings.It focuses on teachers in the front line with the object of teaching practice;the researching methods are mainly demonstration and apperception and it aims to guide the teaching practice.Therefore,"Micro-teaching Research" is bound to have enormous positive effects on improving teaching ability of college teachers.
