原位定量检测磷酸化蛋白质的Duolink PQ技术

摘要 很多蛋白质功能的变化往往要借助于特定位置和一定数目的磷酸化变化,因此原位和定量检测将是磷酸化蛋白质分析发展的新方向。一种可原位定量检测磷酸化蛋白质的新技术——Duolink PQ在国内还被了解得很少。本文从原理、方法及应用三个方面对其进行了介绍,并进而对现有磷酸化蛋白质检测的主要技术进行了简要评价。 Many changes of protein functions were mediated by phosphorylation on certain sites and at a large ratio,so quantitative and in situ technology is a new promising direction for method development on phosphorylation detection.A new method Duolink PQ which meets these criteria is little known by domestic people yet.The paper introduced it from three aspects: its principle,procedure and application.Furthermore,we briefly commented the contemporary main methods used for phosphorylated protein detection.
