摘要
蔬菜是人们日常生活中不可或缺的食物。蔬菜品质的优劣直接影响着人们的健康水平。课题组通过实验方法对拉萨市区大棚蔬菜中Pb、As、Cr、Cd含量进行了分析研究。研究表明,拉萨市区大棚蔬菜样品中Pb、As、Cr、Cd超标率分别为11.36%、63.64%、27.27%、52.27%;四种重金属最大超标倍数分别达到1.40、7.04、1.78、3.02倍。文章认为,拉萨市区大棚蔬菜受到了一定程度的重金属污染,主要为As和C d污染。
The quality of vegetable impacts people's health level directly as an important food in people's daily life. In this paper, the contents of heavy metal such as Pb, As, Cr, Cd on green house vegetables were analyzed by experimental method in Lhasa region. The results showed that over standard rate of Pb, As, Cr, Cd in the samples of green house vegetable is 11.36%, 63.64%, 27.27% and 52,27% respectively, and the largest value of four different heavy metals is up to 1.40, 7.04, 1.78 and 3.02 times of standard value respectively. This indicates that the green house vegetables were contaminated with heavy metals, in certain degrees, mainly with As and Cd in Lhasa region, and this study also provided controlling measurements of heavy metal pollution.
