摘要
桐柏抽水蓄能机组技术供水系统使用H41H-25型旋启式止回阀经过2年运行,出现机组技术供水泵反转,检修发现其阀体内腔锈蚀严重,轴销磨损量大,导致阀芯与止水面不能紧密密封,从而导致止水效果差.通过对其整个阀体材料的材质和阀芯的结构进行切实可行的技术改造.在使用新型旋启式止回阀后,止水效果良好,值得同类型水电厂使用和推广.
After 2 years' running of technological supply system with swing check valves H41H-25 in Tongbai Pumped Storage Power Station,the technological water pump of the generator reversed,due to serious corrosion in body cavity and wear in shaft pins,which lead to poor water-sealing effect because of untight seal in valve core with the water.The practical technical reformation on the whole body material of the valve core,as well as the structure,is discussed in this article.The new type swing check valves with good sealing effect are also introduced as the reference for the same type hydropower stations.
