摘要
桐柏抽水蓄能电站自投产以来,机组技术供水系统可靠性水平一直较低,不仅缩短设备的使用寿命,降低机组的效率,也对电站的安全稳定运行带来危险.针对技术供水控制系统所暴露出的缺陷,分析了技术供水系统供水可靠性低的原因,认为导致电站技术供水系统可靠性低的主要原因是控制逻辑设计不完善,并从控制逻辑改进、运行模式优化等方面详细阐述了所采取的相应对策,对于已投产或在建电站均具有借鉴意义.
The technical water supply control system of generating units in Tongbai Pumped Storage Power Station operates with low reliability level,which may result in short working life of the equipment,poor efficiency of the power station,and hidden troubles in power station operation.The reasons for low reliability of the technical water supply system are analyzed in the paper in the perspectives of control logic.The corresponding countermeasures,such as the improvement of control logic,the optimization operating mode and so on,are also described in detail,which is worth using for reference for the power stations in operating or under construction.
