摘要
探讨了飞行流量管理系统评价的方法,给出了飞行流量管理系统评价的指标体系,针对评价对象的复杂性及其指标的模糊性,采用模糊数学的理论与技术,通过单因素模糊评价,给出了模糊综合评价模型,并进行了评估的示例。
This paper discusses the approach of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of air traffic flow management system and explores the air traffic flow management system evaluation index sys-tem.For the evaluation complexity of the objects and the fuzziness index,the author adopts the fuzzy theory and technology through the single factor fuzzy evaluation to set up the model of fuzzy compre-hensive evaluation,and then makes a sample assessment of the evaluation.
