The STUDIO model,an English debate training model characterized by critical thinking enhancement and multi-cultural input,absorbing the essence of situated learning and glocalization,is directed to address the issues of thinking absence and culture vacancy in English debate training endeavor,followed up with exploration of the main contents,the main features and the originality of the model.Based on the description of the model＇s implementation,a statistical analysis is conducted of its application effects,together with addressing co-existing problems and designing of countermeasures.
