浅谈高校团支部进社团工作的必要性及开展思路

高校学生社团日益成为大学校园文化建设的重要阵地,也逐渐成为高校思想政治工作的新阵地。应对新形势,做好高校团支部进社团工作,既有利于学生社团的健康可持续发展,也有利于高校思想政治工作的有效开展。依据"反射理论",开展团支部进社团工作要做好调研,充分了解社团的需求和反应;要做好试点,不断修正和完善工作机制;要多方联动,做好团支部进社团的制度保障;要理清关系,发挥团支部应有作用。

Students associations in colleges are becoming important platforms of campus cultural deve-lopment and new stages of ideological and political work.In the new situation,promoting the Youth League Branch into associations benefits not only the sustainable and healthy development of students associations,but also the effective conducting of ideological and political work.According to ＂reflection theory＂,promoting the Youth League Branch into associations needs to do investigation to understand the demand and response from students associations,to conduct the pilot projects to improve the operation system,to implement multi-level interactions to establish institutional guarantee,and to clear relationship to bring the Youth League Branch into play.
