摘要
温泉作为一种旅游资源,具有很强的体验性。随着体验经济时代的到来,温泉旅游日益成为休闲度假旅游的一项内容。而温泉旅游竞争力分为很多层次,其中软硬件为第一层指标,其下接待、交通、安全等为二级指标。使用系统管理理论中的AHP法计算各指标权重,以此得出温泉旅游竞争力各因子的重要性。从计算结果分析,安全、区位条件和交通是权重最高的因子,各温泉企业应在规划和经营中充分注意。
Hot spring is a kind of tourism resource with a very strong experience. With the arrival of the era of experience economy, hot spring tourism has increasingly become one constituent part of the leisure tourism. Hot spring tourism competitive force can be divided into many levels, including software and hardware as the first layer index, reception, traffic and security / as secondary index. By applying the AHP method of the system management theory to calculating the weights of various factors, we can understand the importance of each index in hot spring tourism competitive force better. According to the analysis of calculating result, safety, geographical location, and traffic are the three highest factors, so each hot spring company should take more attentions to it in the planning and daily management.
