从旅游者不文明行为到旅游者道德行为失范——旅游者道德行为连续体模型的构建

From the tourists′ uncivilized behavior to tourists′ anomie of moral behavior——The construction of tourists′ moral behavior continuum model

旅游者不文明行为研究是旅游伦理研究的重要组成部分,但旅游者行为的道德维度研究不应囿于对旅游者不文明行为的探讨,而应将不文明行为纳入到一个旅游者道德行为的分析框架中,通过分析发现,旅游者道德行为呈现出连续体状态,在此连续体上,旅游者行为从行为性质上可体现为犯罪行为、劣迹制造、劣迹收敛、道德自觉、卓越伦理五种典型行为。旅游者道德行为连续体模型的建立将为旅游者道德行为的研究提供一个更广阔的视野,增强了解释力和预测力,并为更全面的旅游者行为道德规范的建立和负责任旅游理念的宣传提供理论基础。

The study of tourists＇ uncivilized behavior is an impottant part of the study of tourism ethics, but the study of moral dimension of tourists＇ behavior should not be confined to the probe of tourists＇ uncivilized behavior, and should be put it into an analytical frame of tourists＇ behavior. Based on some analyses, it is found that the tourists＇ moral behavior presents a state of continuum. In this continuum, tourists＇ moral behavior represents five kinds of typical behaviors; they are criminal be- havior, misdeed making, misdeed weakening, moral consciousness and moral excellence. The construction of this model can deepen this field of study, enhance the ability of explanation and forecasting for tourist behavior, and establish a theoretical basis for a comprehensive ethical code of tourist behavior and the propagandizing the idea of responsible tourism.
