摘要
本文在论述冲击减振器原理的基础上,研究了冲击减振镗杆上冲击块与空穴配合间隙最佳值的测试问题,介绍了测试原理和数据处理方法,以及在不同切削用量下,通过切削试验比较了冲击减振镗杆的减振效果与不加冲击块时镗杆的振动研究结果。可为切削用量的选择提供部分依据。
This paper describes the principle of shock-mass type vibration-absorbing boring bar, studies deformation of boring bar and optimum gap between the shock mass and its mounting hole, introduces the measurement principle of boring bar deformation and data processing methods, compares the vibrations of boring bars with and without vibration-absorbing shock mass through boring test. The results of this study can provides some basis for selection of feed of boring.
