摘要
本文在直接从实际齿形出发,并根据相似理论建立齿根最大拉应力计算公式基础上,通过边界元采样计算及回归分析,给出了真实齿形系数的回归公式,得出了齿轮齿根应力计算的新方法,并建议在ISO标准中采用此方法。
This paper, beginning directly from real tooth form and based on the principel of simualtion, sets up a calculating formual of the maximum tensile stress at tooth root and then, by means of boundary element sampling calculation and regressive analysis, gives a regressive formula of real tooth form factor and obtains the new calculating method of tooth root stress of gears. It is suggested that the method could be used in ISO 6336 Stand- ard.
