外商直接投资与本土工业企业技术变迁

FDI and Technological Change of Local Industrial Enterprises

基于理论模型,考察了FD I在我国工业企业技术变迁中的作用。研究表明,外商直接投资和总体工业企业技术进步显著正相关,与本土工业企业技术进步也正相关,但相对影响则要小得多。研究还表明,外商直接投资与本土工业企业自主研发实际上无助于缩小本土工业企业与外资企业之间的技术差距,甚至强化了我国本土企业研发对外商投资引导的依赖性。

Based on the theoretical model,this paper analyses the relationship between FDI and technological change of China＇s local industrial enterprises.The study shows that there is apparent positive correlation between FDI and technological progress of general industrial enterprises,also between FDI and local industrial enterprises,the latter being smaller.The study also shows that FDI and initial RD of local industrial enterprises don＇t contribute to narrowing the technological gap between local enterprises and foreign enterprises,and may even strengthen the dependence of domestic RD on foreign investment.
