完善的社会保障制度的建立是一个全球性的难题,对中国而言更是一个巨大的挑战。从社会转型期社会矛盾的特点入手,分析了当前社会保障制度与社会发展的不相适应之处,对完善和发展社会保障制度提出了自己的建议。

The establishment of a sound social security system is a difficult global issue which proves to be more challenging to China.This paper starts with the characteristics of social conflicts in the context of the current social transition,then analyzes the incompatibility of the current social security system and the social development,and further puts forward suggestions on the improvement and development of the social security system.
